Hey Divyansh,
It really made me think. Here’s what came up:
- From “I’m just a guy who can sell” to “I can build and run a global software business”. Took years to change.
- From “This is ⅓ of the product and should not enter the market being so incomplete” to “This is ⅓ of the product but ok to enter the market if customers find it useful as is, we’ll just continue developing while being used.” I needed other co-founders to convince me that it’s a good way forward, and it sure looks like it was .
There were others I’m sure but I guess less harder to change then, I’m happy to change my mind and habits .
Don’t know if it helps but that’s the hardest one to reflect on for me at this point.
