Heuristics and Hunches is a quiet place to probe, explore, and deeply understand some mind/industry-expanding beliefs and perspectives that different SaaS founders have come to attain.

To trace their origins and discuss not just their possibilities, but also their inherent implications and constraints. All in a long-form, text-based interview, which allows guests ample time to ponder over questions and dig through their ideas, on their own schedule. A medium, we feel, best suited for such probing.

At Relay, we deeply believe there’s no one way to build a SaaS business and thus the existence of playbooks and other received notions, must be constantly questioned using diverse founding philosophies. Heuristics and Hunches, thus, is an attempt at furthering this questioning.
